Black Ledge is a raw mix of blues rock guitar riffs, powerful vocals, and poignant, yet hard hitting lyrics. Brian David Farr and Lisa Blackledge are a Southern California songwriting duo recording and producing everything in-house.

Lisa & Brian met at the 2019 NAMM SHOW and decided to join forces to pursue their musical dream. They write about the experiences that have shaped their lives and things that piss them off.

Lisa is a mad scientist with words. She draws her inspiration from her favorite albums and CD's that she's nicknamed her "Angry women collection": Chrissy Hynde, Joan Jett, Tracy Bonham, Lzzy Hale to name a few. But her sound is all her own. Lisa is also an award winning LA Art Director, a graduate of Art Center College of design, she is using her mad art skills to create Black Ledge logos and media.

Brian was bottle fed on the Beatles, loves 60's and 70's rock. His sound blends decades of blues and hard rock into his own unique sound. Brian not only shreds on guitar, he's also an award winning sound designer. A magician with tone and effects, while still preserving that raw, original, rock feel. When they bring their talents together it creates their own unique sound.

Black Ledge records and produces everything "in-house". The original music is available on streaming sites worldwide.
